Founding Yin Yang Consultancy 7 years ago, in 2018 Kathy won the Port Stephens Examiner Business of the Year Award for helping businesses with their business/strategic planning, training and implementation.

Kathy’s experience extends into training with RTOs teaching Diploma and Certificate IV of Leadership and Management and Cert III in Business. Qualifications include Diploma of Quality Auditing, Cert IV in Training and Assessment and certification in 3 different personality profiling tools.

Naomi Farrelly, Spark Cowork

As co-owner of Spark, Naomi is a small business cheerleader and visitor economy specialist. She has run her own successful consultancy Lighthouse Tourism, working with tourism destinations and business to develop amazing experiences and attract more visitors.

As a certified trainer she had delivered workshops and mentoring to hundreds of tourism business across the country on topics including; product development, experience development, export tourism and tourism marketing.

These days Naomi works with her husband running Newcastle Brew Shop and is learning the world of e-commerce (and beer).
