Ideas over coffee
Like all the best ideas, Spark CoWork was born over a coffee. A meeting to discuss work projects, quickly turned to the challenges of working from home.
While we both loved the flexibility it offered, we both craved the personal connections and collaboration that comes from working in an office – we knew we weren’t the only ones.
Coworking spaces are popping up all over the world. The idea of a coworking space in Port Stephens had been discussed for many years but no one had ever taken ownership of the concept. As the doers that we are, we decided it was time to make it happen.
As the African proverb says, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
Our vision is to build a community of local businesses that all go far together!
What do we stand for?
We have strong values at Spark, we live by them and encourage our community to do the same.

COMMUNITY – we are all in this together, we support each other. The community is core to Spark and everything we do.
